The newest location on this list (it just opened in May), Supermoon is a recently opened high end Asian-inspired dumpling restaurant with fantastic food and cocktails (which are delightfully called “disco drinks”) served in an inspired space. Supermoon has a happy hour every Tuesday - Saturday from 4pm to 6pm. The new restaurant also opens up a dance floor on Saturday nights around 9 or 10pm featuring live electronic music.

Avanti is a multi-story food hall right in the heart of Pearl Street, featuring multiple restaurants, bars and one of the best rooftop views in the city of Boulder. Avanti also has one of the most generously long happy hours in Boulder, from 2-6pm Monday - Friday they serve discounted drinks at the bar.

Rayback Collective is a beer garden in North Boulder that draws a huge daily happy hour crowd with it’s lovely indoor-outdoor space, fire pits, corn-hole and fantastic list of beer, wine and cocktails. It’s also a great place to get some remote work done, the Rayback also features a fantastic coffee bar which opens at 12pm daily. There are rotating food trucks posted up in the garden as well, so if you’re feeling peckish Rayback has you covered.
